Guidelines for Parents

 Guidelines for Parents...

  • In order to secure all that is best in education for children, proper co-ordination between parents and the school authorities is desired.
  • We earnestly recommend that parents / guardians should go through their children’s school calender every day and see that the assigned home work is done. Remarks passed in the calender should be seen and signed regularly by parents.
  • If you feel that your ward does not make the desired progress, the Principal / class teacher and subject teachers should be contacted.
  • Criticising your ward’s teacher in their presence, should be strictly avoided. If you have a genuine complaint, meet the Principal.
  • Under no circumstances, seeking permission for leave from the class or from the school during school hours, is permitted.
  • Parents / guardians are specially requested to inform the school of any change in their address or telephone number.
  • Parents should not approach a class directly. They are requested to first inform the office about the concerned matter. Office staff will make arrangements for teachers to come to the office and meet the parents.
  • K.G section parents are requested to meet the teacher on every Thursday after the school hours i.e. at 11 a.m. (Sr. K.G.) and 3 p.m. (Jr. K.G.)

In case a child remains absent for any test / exam due to illness, parents must inform the same to the school authority. A written application along with medical certificate should be submitted on the very first day of absence from the test / examination.
