NOTICE

Admission criteria and Eligibility
The date of birth of the child should be between :

• Age criteria is subject to Government rules.

Schedule of Admission for Nursery.,  Jr.K.G. & Sr.K.G.

• Filling of online Admission Form from 6^th November 2024 on website www.pvgsmuktangan.org
• Submission of admission form will be from:-

12^th November 2024 onstudents
TIMING -9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the school office

• PROCEDURE FOR  ONLINE ADMISSION :
  (Please use a laptop/ computer for filling of the form & take the printout of the form. )
  1. Visit the following website for filling  the admission form: www.pvgsmuktangan.org
  2. Click on Register.
  3. Click on “New Admission” to generate user name and password.
  4. Preserve this username and password, as the same will be required for further procedure in future too.
  5. Fill in the correct information of the father of the child and enter the username (your email ID) and password as per your choice.
  6. Click on the “Create User” and then “Logout”. SMS containing details of your Username and Password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  7. Now, enter your Username and Password and click on “Login”
  8.  Fill in all the information of  the Student , Sibling, Father & Mother
  9. Save the form and click on final submission.After final submission the edit option is only with the  school office.
  10. Click on “Admission” option and print the Admission form  and  submit the same in the office from 12^th November 2024 onstudents.
  11. After the submission of the form fees should be paid within 3 days.
• The  following  documents  are required at the time of submission of form in the school.
  1. a) Print out of online  admission  form  duly signed  by the mother &  father  of  the  student
  2. b) Laminated Original Birth Certificate  of  the student
  3. c) Xerox copy of  the Aadhar  Card  of  the student/Father and Mother.
  4. d) Both the Parents  and  the  child  should  come along  with  the  documents  at  the  time of form submission.
• Parents can pay the school fees in two installments Only .

FEES FOR : Nursery, JR. K.G & SR.K.G.

The  selected student’s parents  can  pay  the  fees  online  for the full year  or  in  two installments on
www.pvgsmuktangan.org, using their username and password generated while filling the form within  3 days.

Options for Online  payment of Fees –

Net Banking / Debit or Credit Card  / through UPI

• Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
• The procedure of payment of fees is as follows :
  1. Go to www.pvgsmuktangan.org
  2. Click on School Management
  3. Enter your Username & Password and click on Login. Your admission form will be displayed. Pay the fees by going to option “Fee Payment”. You can also print the Fee Receipt.

Parents are requested to follow the instructions and complete the formalities accordingly and co-operate.
