I to IV Admissions 2024-25

Admission criteria and Eligibility :

The date of birth of the child should be between :

STD. I 1.7.2017 TO 31.12.2018
STD. II 1.7.2016 TO 31.12.2017
STD. III 1.7.2015 TO 31.12.2016
STD IV 1.7.2014 TO 31.12.2015

Age criteria is subject to Government rules.

Filling of online Admission Form from 5st February 2024 on website www.pvgsmuktangan.org
Submission of admission form will be from:-
5th February 2024 onwards.
TIMING- 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m

Except Sundays and holidays.

PROCEDURE FOR  ONLINE ADMISSION :

(Please use a laptop/ computer for filling of the form & take the printout of the form.)

  1. Visit the following website for filling the admission form: www.pvgsmuktangan.org
  2. Click on Register.
  3. Click on “New Admission” to generate username and password.
  4. Preserve this username and password, as the same will be required for further procedure in future too.
  5. Fill in the correct information of the father of the child and enter the username (your email ID) and password as per your choice.
  6. Click on the “Create User” and then “Logout”.
  7. Now, enter your Username and Password and click   on “Login”.
  8. Fill in all the information of the Student, Sibling, Father and Mother correctly.
  9. Save the form and click on final submission. After final submission the edit option is only with the school office.
  10. Click on “Admission” option and print the Admission Form on A4 size paper and submit the same in the office on the date as per the schedule given above.
  11. If the name of your child is selected for the admission and you receive a call from school or a message you will have to pay the fees online within 3 days.

The following documents are required at the time of submission of form in the school.

a) Print out of online admission form may be signed by the mother and father of the ward.

b) Laminated Original Birth Certificate of the ward

c) Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card of the ward.

d) Both the Parents and the child should come along with the documents at the time of form submission.

e) For Std II, III & IV L.C. of the students from the previous school should be submitted at the earliest.

Message will be sent to the selected students on the registered mobile number of the parent within 3 days after the submission of the form.
Parents can pay the school fees in two installments Term wise.

The selected student’s parents can pay the fees online for the full year or in two installments on www.pvgsmuktangan.org , using their username and password generated while filling the form within 3 days after receiving the Message.

Options for Online  payment of Fees –
Net Banking / Debit or Credit Card  / through UPI

Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees on the dates prescribed.

The procedure of payment of fees is as follows :

  1. Go to www.pvgsmuktangan.org
  2. Click on School Management
  3. Enter your Username & Password and click on Login. Your admission form will be displayed. Pay the fees by going to option “Fee Payment”. You can also print the Fee Receipt.

Parents are requested to follow the instructions and complete the formalities accordingly and co-operate.
